Stand-To is a reminder.
In military tradition, a stand-to is a moment of readiness when everyone rises, becomes present, and stands together at first light. It is a commitment to be alert, accountable, and not alone.
When the structure disappears, so can the daily sense of belonging. The mission fades. The team scatters. And for many, that silence can become isolation.
Stand-To exists to interrupt that silence.
